The meeting will be held at 799 Moorpark Avenue in the Citrus Room at 6:30 p.m.
The Associations next Regular Meeting will be Monday February 20, 2012.
All are invited to attend the Open Session beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Re: Assessment Credit for One Month
Dear Moorpark Highlands Homeowners,
It’s time to vote for the annexation of the new community, Living Smart at Moorpark Highlands! Please be sure to submit your ballot no later than 5:00pm on Friday, January 21st, or please hand-carry your ballot to the Meeting which is scheduled to occur on January 24, 2011.
Your Board of Directors has decided to offer an incentive to those who vote – five (5) lucky winners will be chosen from a drawing [of homeowner names who vote], and will receive credit for one month’s assessments!
Please be sure to cast your vote for annexing the new development into the Moorpark Highlands Community, and for a chance to win!
REMINDER: Informational Session regarding the Annexation is scheduled to occur on January 10th, 2011 at 5:00pm, in the Moorpark Civic Center.
